Decision making is one of the most complicating and duties in personal, group and organisational level. Manager, peoples, organisation and societies’ future impressed by decisions. The presented book by attention to this crucial need, try to represent and shapes psychological, economic, social perspective of managements.

Decision Making in Business includes three main chapters. The first related to review of decision-making theory and fundamental concepts (theoric approach), Meanwhile another chapters (qualitative and quantitative methods and approaches) have pragmatics view. The first volume contains five chapters. The first chapter has a review to evolutional trend and process of decision making. The second chapter has categorised decision-making models in aspect of decision making scholars and practitioners. The main categorisations were related to group vs. individual decision making. The third chapter has review of the primary decision-making pattern. Forth chapter is related to effective decision making obstacle and facilitators. Also, finally fifth chapter introduce decision making knowledge map that is a road map for the next volumes (quantitative and qualitative tools and methods)

Since the final chapter belongs to decision making concept, patterns and different theories in decision making and obstacles and its facilitators. The main goal of writing first volume presenting a deep consideration in related to the decision-making process, different interpretations and identifying contributing factors of decision-making process. The second and third part of book has pragmatic orientation to decision making. Presented techniques in two volumes are referred form standard decision-making models and tools. In second volume author tries to introduce common qualitative decision-making tools as Problem Structuring Methods (PSM). These problems contain complex, ill-structured, insufficient qualitative data. In contrary quantitative decision making proposed methods generally used in solving problems by quantitative, structured and massive data.

In decision making trilogy designing author in the first chapters tries to absorb people who interest the philosophical concepts of management. So the central concept generally related to public administration, system analysing and industrial engineering fields.) Presented issue organisations include the main decision making concept in different fields. Moreover, tries to the synthesised concept by theoretic and pragmatic approach in management science to help management scholars and practitioners in decision making.
